Needle valve

A needle valve makes it possible to adjust the air supply to a diaphragm pump with high precision. This allows the pump speed to be controlled accurately, resulting in a more stable process and improved dosing accuracy.

When combined with a pressure regulator, the effect becomes even greater. The pressure regulator maintains a constant, pre-set air pressure, while the needle valve precisely controls the air volume.
