Quantm i230 3”

The QUANTM i230 is Graco's most powerful electric diaphragm pump: up to 870 l/min without compressed air. You keep the reliability of a diaphragm pump and cut energy use by up to 80% compared with a pneumatic pump.

  • Up to 80% less energy than pneumatic
  • No compressed air and no external VFD needed
  • Runs dry and stalls under pressure without damage
  • Motor isolated from the fluid if a diaphragm fails

High flow 870 l/min, fully electric

The QUANTM i230 brings electric drive to the highest flow: up to 870 litres per minute and 6.9 bar, with 3″ ANSI flange connections and solids up to 9.5 mm. Flow stays steady even when the plant's compressed-air demand fluctuates. The controls are built into the pump: no external VFD, with remote I/O for integration.

Built to keep running Built for heavy industry

The FluxCore XT motor is isolated from the fluid section: a failed diaphragm cannot let fluid into the motor, and a leak sensor reports it. The pump can run dry and stalls safely against a closed valve. The ProConnect service design makes maintenance faster and safer, and the enclosure is rated IP66. Note: the i230 is not approved for explosive atmospheres.
