Pump batch controller

This fully pneumatic unit lets any air-operated diaphragm pump dose a set quantity of liquid exactly. Dosing is volumetric, based on the stroke volume per pump chamber.

Determine the pump’s stroke volume once with a short test on a scale, and divide the batch you need by it. The result is the number of strokes you set on the unit: from then on the pump doses exactly the same quantity every time it is started.

Set the number of strokes, switch the unit on and press start. The counter counts the strokes down and stops the pump after the set number.
